It’s a recipe for success. Chatham-Kent Community Health Centres and Chatham-Kent Fire & Rescue have been teaming up to offer free cooking classes with a registered dietitian at local fire halls.

The classes are aimed at youth aged 9 through 12, giving kids a chance to create a healthy dinner and learn about cooking safety.

Participants also get a tour of the fire station and trucks.

The final installment of FRESH for Youth will take place Thursday, August 1 at the Erieau Fire Hall, starting at 5 o’clock.
