A Chatham man is fighting for his life in a London hospital following a single-vehicle crash. 
Chatham-Kent Police say the 33-year-old was heading west on Tecumseh Line near Merlin Road when his vehicle left the road, hit a hydro pole, and crashed into the culvert on the north side of the road.
The driver was air-lifted to London for treatment.
Police continue to investigate.
