Essex OPP are on the hunt for a driver after a hit and run involving a cyclist in Lakeshore. 
Authorities say a grey Jeep Grand Cherokee hit a teen on a bike on Lakeshore Road 111 near County Road 42 around 2pm Thursday afternoon.
The driver allegedly stopped to speak to the boy, but sped off before police arrived at the scene.
The boy was treated for minor injuries by paramedics at the scene.
The vehicle, driven by a white man in his mid-60s, was last seen turning left onto County Road 42.
Anyone with information is asked to call the OPP or Crime Stoppers.
