Provincial Police are investigating a deadly crash last night. 
A vehicle carrying four teenagers, ranging in age from 13 to 17, crashed into a water-filled ditch at the intersection of Mersea Road 1 and Mersea Road 19 in Leamington.
One of the occupants managed to pull themselves to safety, but the other three were trapped inside the vehicle.
Emergency crews rescued the victims, who were then taken to hospital.
One of the teens has since succumbed to their injuries. No names have been released at this point.
The intersection was closed for several hours, but has since reopened.
