Impaired driving charges have been laid against a Thamesville man.
Chatham-Kent Police pulled over a vehicle on Queens Line between Richmond Street and Dillon Road just west of Chatham Thursday morning and suspected the man behind the wheel was under the influence of drugs.
The 41-year-old was taken to police headquarters to be evaluated by a drug recognition expert.
The accused has been charged with impaired driving, driving while suspended, and several other driving offences.
He will have to face the charges in court on January 26th.
