The Big Bike is back in Chatham-Kent with local visits to Wallaceburg (The Black Goose, James Street) on Wednesday, May 30th and the Dresden Racetrack on Thursday, May 31st.
The Heart&Stroke Big Bike is a team event geared towards community organizations, companies and groups. Teams made up of 29 enthusiastic riders (and one driver provided by the Foundation) pedal through their community in support of heart disease and stroke research.
Especially for Big Bike Riders, the Heart and Stroke Big Bike is a FUN and inspiring team building ride on a one-of-a-kind bike built for 30 that raises funds towards life saving research for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Not only is the Heart&Stroke Big Bike a fun adventure with friends and colleagues – it’s also FREE for your organization to participate. With no registration fee for your team, you don’t want to miss out on the action! It only takes about 20 minutes to ride the bike, but it is an experience you won’t soon forget!
A vital fundraiser with impressive results, Heart&Stroke Big Bike continues to engage Canadians across the country. Last year, over 40,000 riders, in over 200 communities, helped raise over $7 million for research! This is helping us achieve even greater results that change the lives of not only heart and stroke patients, but for all Canadians.
Register your team and get ready to:
- Inspire your peers and help make a difference to the heart health of Canadians
- Support life-saving research
- Encourage your employees to live healthy, active lives
