A community-based donation drive is returning to Chatham-Kent for its fifth year.
“The Gift CK” will take place on November 30, with volunteers canvassing neighbourhoods across the municipality, collecting donations of non-perishable food items, hygiene products, new toys, or other essential items.
Collections in Dresden will take place Sunday, December 1.
The food and toy drive began as a way to support those in need during the COVID-19 pandemic, with residents and businesses invited to leave donations on their doorstep for volunteers to collect.
All donations are provided to local families in need.
