A 29 year old Wallaceburg is spending his Victoria Day behind bars.
He was arrested Sunday night for being someplace he was not supposed to be.
Outside.
Earlier this month he was released from police custody and agreed to remain inside his residence between the hours of 9:30 pm and 7 am.
But police spotted him strolling along Fork St. at 11:30.
He was transported and remanded pending a bail hearing.
