The Walk so Kids Can Talk presented by BMO is a fun, healthy, family friendly event that can be enjoyed by individuals, groups, families, students, schools, and corporate teams. It’s a terrific way to build community and come together to enjoy a great experience outdoors while supporting a vital cause: young people’s mental health and well-being.

Every day, young people in Canada are experiencing the cruelty of bullying, the loneliness of depression, or the pressure to succeed, compete, or conform. No matter the reason, every young person who reaches out to Kids Help Phone is struggling with their emotional well-being. Young people right in our own community need to know that when life gets tough, free, professional and non-judgemental counselling support is available, and The Walk So Kids Can Talk is determined to “be there” for them and gives you the chance to make a difference.
