Charges have been laid following a shoplifting incident in Wallaceburg.
Shortly before 6 Sunday evening, police were called to a McNaughton Avenue business.
Authorities claim the accused, who had been charged with trespassing at the store in the past, took several times off the shelves, hid them, and fled through a fire exit.
The suspect was found about 45 minutes later walking on Wallace Street.
The 30-year-old woman is now facing charges of theft and was held in custody for a bail hearing.
