The Wallaceburg Thrashers put in a solid effort but fell short in their first game as a team.
The Six Nations Rivermen downed Wallaceburg 10-7.
Leading the charge for the Thrashers was Chadd Murphy with a pair of goals and a pair of assists.
Reid Miller and Kyle Childerhose, David Veitch, Kyle O’Donnell and Winter Dockstater added goals to the score card as well.
Up next is a road game to take on the Ennismore James Gang on May 9th.
