A family dispute has led to charges against a Chatham man.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to a domestic disturbance on George Street in Chatham at around 8 a.m. on Sunday.
Following an investigation, authorities discovered that an argument between two men escalated when one of them began acting erratically and became verbally aggressive.
As a result, a 31-year-old Chatham man was arrested and is now charged with one count of uttering threats. He was taken to police headquarters and later released with conditions and a future court date.
