A Chatham man is feeling the heat after threatening to burn down a police officer’s home.
The 26-year-old was taken into custody shortly after 7pm Thursday after police got a compliant about a suspected drunk driver.
After his arrest, the accused threatened the investigating officer.
He’s now facing charges of impaired driving, uttering threats, and driving while under suspension.
