Three leadfoot drivers will be without their vehicles for the next couple of weeks after getting pulled over for speeding on Highway 401 in Chatham-Kent over the weekend.
The Ontario Provincial Police said one of the drivers was stopped on Saturday while the other two were pulled over on Sunday.
All three were allegedly clocked at between 47-59 km/h over the posted 100 km/h speed limit.
A 23-year-old from Toronto, a 24-year-old from Burlington, and a 29-year-old from Terra Cotta are all charged with one count each of stunt driving.
Their vehicles will also be impounded for 14 days and all three have been issued a 30-day driver’s licence suspension.
