
Thamesville’s signature summer festival returns this weekend with family fun and entertainment.
The 2026 Thamesville Threshing Festival kicks off on Friday and runs through Saturday at Ferguson Park.
Friday’s festivities will begin at 5 p.m., featuring midway rides, live music, food trucks and vendors. The festival’s annual parade will kick off at the park beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The fun continues on Saturday at 9 a.m. with several events, including a baby show, stoneboat pullers, a wild west show, Indigenous dancers, farmer olympics and more. A fireworks display will close out the festival at 10:15 p.m.
