A Tilbury driver has been arrested following a crash in Leamington.
According to Essex OPP, officers responded to a single-vehicle collision on Milo Road shortly after 1 o’clock Monday afternoon.
A 65-year-old Tilbury resident was arrested and charged with driving while impaired by alcohol and drugs, and driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.
The accused was also issued a 90-day license suspension and a seven day vehicle impoundment.
The driver was released from custody and will be back in court later this month to speak to the charges.
