A Tilbury man is facing charges in connection to a collision in the Municipality of Lakeshore.
Provincial Police responded to the crash on Tecumseh Road near Gracey Side Road shortly after 10:30 Friday night. No injuries were reported.
The driver, a 43-year-old man, has since been charged with driving while impaired by alcohol and drugs, driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, and dangerous driving.
The accused was also issued a 90-day license suspension and had his vehicle impounded for seven days.
He will have to answer the charges in a Windsor courtroom next month.
