A Tilbury man is facing charges after he skipped out on a court date. 
The man, originally charged in a February theft of a two pairs of headphones from the Real Canadian Superstore in Chatham.
The man fled following that theft but was identified and arrested. He had a court date for March 8th and skipped that.
The 27-year-old was arrested and given a new court date of the first Friday of May.
