Charges have been laid against a Tilbury woman following an incident overnight.
Around 12:30 this morning, police were called about a suspicious woman sitting in a Grand Avenue West parking lot.
Officers arrived and suspected the woman was impiared by drugs. She was taken to police headquarters for tests. A search turned up some suspected methamphetamine.
The 26-year-old woman has now been charged with impaired driving and drug possession, and was released with a court date in June.
