A 24 year old Dresden man was arrested late Monday evening and charged with having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit.
Chatham-Kent police received a tip about a driver on the MCcreary Line in Wallaceburg about 11 pm.
They stopped the vehicle and took the driver in for a breathalyzer test.
He was later released with a future court date.
