I’m sure we have all heard about someone who was too drunk to drive, or walk, or skate, or play lawn darts.
How about being too drunk to get arrested.
That is seemingly what happened to a Chatham man who was picked up by Windsor police.
The man was wanted for assault, utter threats and failing to appear in court.
After the CKPS officers picked him up they took him to a local hospital to get checked out.
The man was treated and it was assessed he should remain in the hospital.
So the officers released him unconditionally and they will try and execute the warrant some other time.
