Charges have been laid against a Toronto-area man, accused of trying to whip through Chatham-Kent.
The 33-year-old was caught up in an OPP radar enforcement on the 401 near Bloomfield Road early Sunday morning.
Authorities also say the accused was driving with a suspended license.
