The history of Chatham-Kent’s food-producing sites is being celebrated with an upcoming tour.
The Kent Historical Society is hosting a “Food Tour” through the municipality on June 21.
Those taking part will be treated to the sights and stories about food production techniques rooted in ancient methods that stand the test of time.
Attendees will travel to each site in a Badder highway coach bus. The tour will also conclude with a beef fillet barbeque at the Buxton National Historic Site.
Tickets are $60. Those interested in taking part can register by contacting John Jordon at 519-436-0839 or [email protected].
