Chatham-Kent Police are cracking down on speeding drivers across the municipality.
On Thursday, members of the Traffic Unit conducted enforcement at several locations in Harwich Township, Chatham Township, and the city of Chatham.
In all, 17 tickets were issued for various speeding-related offences.
Police remind all drivers speed is a significant factor in crashes with severe and fatal injuries, and road safety is everyone’s responsibility.
