Charges have now been laid after a train collided with a truck in Chatham.
The crash took place at the CP Rail crossing on Colborne Street between Prince and Princess just before 4 o’clock Tuesday afternoon.
Chatham-Kent Police say there were no injuries.
The driver of the truck, a 43-year-old man has been charged with disobeying a rail crossing signal.
The matter has now been passed on to the Canadian Pacific Railway Police for further investigation.
