One person has been taken to hospital following a transport crash on the 401. 
Emergency crews responded to the collision near Chatham around 5:30 Thursday morning.
Paramedics treated one person at the scene before taking them to hospital with minor injuries.
Authorities have shut down the eastbound lanes between Queens Line and Highway 40.
There’s no word at this point how long the closure will remain in effect.
