An early morning crash is causing problems for commuters along the 401. 
A transport crashed near Scane Road, east of Ridgetown, forcing the closure of the eastbound lanes.
Traffic is being detoured off at Highway 40/Communication Road.
There’s no word from the OPP on how long the closure will be in effect.
