Three men were arrested on weapons charges following a bizarre series of events.
It began Wednesday when Chatham-Kent Police received a weapons call on Duke Street in Wallaceburg.
When they arrived the men had fled.
But later there was a single vehicle accident on Bentpath Lane in St. Clair Twp and officers brought in the individuals from the accident for questioning.
As a result 2 men from Sarnia and one from Petrolia were charged with weapons offences and released with a July 16th court date.
