No charges are being laid in connection to a dispute involving the Southern Ontario Motor Speedway and a local arena advocate. 
Last month, the owner of racetrack in Buxton accused Nathan Trudell, the driving force behind the Build the Complex group, of fraudulently using the track to seek advertisement sponsorship money.
However, Chatham-Kent Police now say the issue has been deemed a civil matter and no criminal charges will be laid.
