Tweeting to Reduce Mental Health Stimgas

This week is Mental Illness Awareness Week and to mark the occasion, the Canadian Mental Health Association of Lambton Kent is hosting a live Twitter chat, with the help of the local Dillon Consulting office. mental-health

Scott Prail is with Dillon Consulting says the company wants to help bring some awareness to the issue, so they’re helping with some of the background information.

“The best way for you to get the message out is through the Twitter posts that are happening,” Prail says. “Ask about services that might be available, where you find those services, how those services can connect to you.”

To join the conversation, use the hashtag #accessck. The live chat runs from 7-8pm.

Employees are also helping to landscape the new Access Open Minds mental health hub on King St. in Chatham.
