A Chatham-Kent man is lucky to be alive following a single vehicle crash in the former Howard Township Saturday.
Chatham-Kent police say the man was thrown from the vehicle when it left the roadway, struck a pole and rolled over in the ditch.
The victim was taken to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance with non- life threatening injuries.
The driver was also transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries
The crash is still being investigated, no word on if the driver is facing charges.
