The Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit has informed us of two new cases of COVID-19 today in the municipality.
With one additional recovery, that brings the total number of active cases 26, and all are self isolating.
There are currently no patients in the hospital.
The total caseload since the pandemic began has now reached 419 in CK.
There are still two outbreaks: one at a congregate living facility, and the other at a place of worship.
Another big number from the ministry of health today as the daily figures were released.
There were 987 new cases of corona virus reported in Ontario with all but 35 coming from the GTA and Ottawa.
