Two people are dead after another crash on the 401, this time near Dutton.
Emergency crews were called to a two-vehicle crash in the westbound lanes around 4:30 Tuesday afternoon.
OPP say an eastbound pickup truck crossed the centre median and struck a van in the westbound lanes.
While the pickup driver, a 56-year-old man from Cambridge, is listed in stable condition in hospital, two London residents, 42-year-old Sarah Payne and five-year-old Freya Payne, were killed.
Another passenger, six-year-old William Payne, was also taken to hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Police say charges are pending.
