An unwanted guest at a Blenheim home is now facing charges.
Chatham-Kent Police were dispatched shortly after 6 Wednesday evening and found an unwanted party inside the building.
According to police, the accused assaulted one of the arresting officers.
The 43-year-old man has since been charged with unlawfully being present in a dwelling and assaulting police.
He was taken to police headquarters and held in custody for a bail hearing.
