UPDATE: West Perth Man Dies After 401 Crash In Chatham

A 28-year-old West Perth man has died after a two-vehicle collision on the 401 near Chatham on Wednesday afternoon.
OPP say James Baillie passed away from injuries sustained in the crash with a tractor trailer in the eastbound lanes of the 401, east of Bloomfield Road.
Baillie was the lone occupant of his vehicle and was initially transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured.
The OPP are investigating the collission and ask anyone with information to contact OPP or the Chatham-Kent Police.
