MP Dave Van Kesteren is hoping his bill will become a law. A law to stop those that would deny anyone convicted of murdering any member of their family…from parent to sibling to spouse from collecting any government benefits on their behalf and as the current law sits a person could murder a parent or spouse and collect their Old Age Pension or other benefits.
