The Cenotaph in downtown Chatham has once again fallen victim to vandals.
Chatham-Kent Police say a vulgar comment was found written on the war memorial in blue marker.
Authorities say the incident took place shortly after 11 o’clock the morning of August 29 and have released surveillance photos of a man seen at the site.
