Chatham-Kent Police are trying to track down a suspect after an attempted armed robbery in Chatham.
Authorities say a masked man walked into the Harvey Street Variety just before 8:30 last night, brandishing a golf club, and demanded cash.
The clerkâs husband happened to be in the store as well, and scared the would-be thief away.
No one was hurt, and nothing was taken.
The culprit was last seen running north on Library Lane.
