Veal Meatballs

  • ¼ lbs. ground veal
  • ¼ lb. ground pork
  • 2 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Dash pepper
  • ¼ cup cream

Combine all ingredients but cream. Gradually mix in cream. Shape into small balls, using a teaspoon for each. Boil gently in cabbage soup about 5 minutes or use in stuffed onions.
