A Chatham man is facing charges after getting his vehicle stuck on some train tracks in Harwich Township.
Chatham-Kent Police got a call shortly before 4:30 Wednesday morning about a vehicle on the tracks near Middle Line.
The vehicle was found about 50 feet down the tracks and officers suspected the man behind the wheel may have been drinking.
The accused was taken to police headquarters for tests and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
The 31-year-old has now been charged with having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. He was released with conditions and will have to answer to a judge later this month.
