Mrs. Verna Marion (Knox) McEvoy of Sarnia and formerly of Port Lambton passed away peacefully on Monday, August 3, 2015 at Afton Park Place, in Sarnia, at the age of 96.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 6, 2015 from Sacred Heart Church in Port Lambton at 11 a.m. with Rr. Raju Allumpurath, Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Parish Cemetery, Port Lambton.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Diabetes Association may be left at the funeral home.
As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in Memory of Verna McEvoy.
