The investigation continues into the deaths of four family members in Harrow.
Essex OPP were initially called to a home on June 20th for a wellness check, which lead to officers discovering the four bodies.
The deceased have now been identified as 41-year-old Carly Walsh, 42-year-old Steven Walsh, 13-year-old Madison Walsh, and 8-year-old Hunter Walsh.
Authorities say the circumstances that lead to the individuals’ deaths remains under investigation, and while the cause of death has not yet been confirmed, police do not believe there is any imminent threat to public safety.
However, the OPP is reminding all members of the public to be aware of their personal safety at all times.
The investigation by the Essex County OPP Crime Unit continues under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, with assistance from OPP Forensic Identification Services, and in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.
