The Foundation of Chatham-Kent Health Alliance is gearing up for next spring’s Parade of Chefs.
The annual fundraiser dinner is always a popular event, this year featuring Chef Vikram Vij as host.
Vij is known for his roles on Dragon’s Den, Top Chef Canada, and Recipe to Riches.
In Vij’s honour, this year’s dinner will feature an Indian theme with a menu created by local chefs along with local wines and beers.
Tickets are now on sale, with the Parade of Chefs set for April 6th.
