Anyone looking to give back to the community can get connected with a local organization during a special virtual event this afternoon.
The Chatham-Kent Public Library is hosting a virtual volunteer fair with several community groups taking part, giving prospective volunteers the chance to learn about some of the opportunities available.
Representatives from Chatham-Kent Hospice, St. Andrew’s Residence, Meals on Wheels Chatham-Kent, Habitat for Humanity Chatham-Kent, Chatham-Kent Victim Services, and Big Brothers Big Sisters Chatham-Kent will all be taking part.
The virtual volunteer fair will be conducted through Zoom starting at 3 p.m.
