With the municipal election less than a month away, Chatham-Kent residents can expect to receive their voter cards in the mail in the coming days.
The Municipality of Chatham-Kent said the voter cards are being mailed out this week to residents who are on the voter’s list.
The cards can be used during online voting on October 3-16, advance polling between October 13-15, or on Election Day on October 24.
Information on voter cards includes the elector’s name and address. If the information is not correct or a voter card isn’t received by September 30, residents can fill out a form to amend the voter’s list, which can be found by clicking here. Completed forms can be submitted in person at any municipal centre or by emailing [email protected].
