The South Wallaceburg Action Team is moving forward with plans to create a better community.
Organizer Lori Turner says tonight’s monthly meeting will focus on a number of issues, including community gardens and various safety initiatives.
At our last meeting we had Lyndsay Davidson come talk about possibly having a community garden and we had a lot of interest in that. Interest in fundraising and some ideas with what we’d do with the money,” says Turner “So our hope tonight is to split up into some committees so we can spread at that work out.”
Turner says the group, which meets at 4 Reaume in Wallaceburg, is always open to new members.
