A Wallaceburg man is facing impaired driving charges after a crash yesterday afternoon.
Chatham-Kent Police say they responded to a 2 vehicle collision on Murray Street near Earl Street in Wallaceburg.
One of the drivers was taken to hospital for treatment.
Through investigation, they found that the other driver was driving while under the influence of alcohol. The 30 year old will answer to the charges in court next month.
