Impaired driving charges have been laid following a crash in Wallaceburg.
Emergency crews responded to a collision in the parking lot of a McNaughton Avenue business around 6:40 Saturday evening and say officers suspected the driver was under the influence of alcohol.
The accused was arrested and taken to police headquarters for further tests.
The 21-year-old Sarnia man has since been charged with operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. He was released with conditions and a date in court next week.
