With rain expected throughout the day today, a flood watch has been issued for Wallaceburg and the surrounding areas.
The St Clair Region Conservation Authority says we could see as much as 25mm of rain before tomorrow morning, raising swollen rivers and creeks.
Officials say there’s the potential for minor flooding in low-lying fields and parks and more ‘ponding’ because of the already saturated ground.
