Changes are coming to the Wallaceburg branch of the Chatham-Kent Public Library.

Officials say the library will be undergoing minor renovations over the next few weeks, including fresh paint and lower shelving to allow better access the collections.

Curbside service is being offered through Saturday, November 25th so patrons can pick up holds, borrow popular items, and access take-home stay and play activities for kids. Computers, printing, Community Navigator services, and meeting pods will not be available.

Curbside hours are:
Monday, November 20, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Tuesday, November 21, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Wednesday, November 22, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Thursday, November 23, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Friday, November 24, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Saturday, November 25, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

The Wallaceburg branch will then be completely closed from Monday, November 27th until Saturday, December 2nd.

All due dates will be put on hold for the duration of the closure, although returns can be deposited in the drop box.
